We have been living in Cliffside and supporting our east end community for the last 10 years with specialized wellness acupuncture treatments and personal training. Over the last three years we’ve being combining our services while adding events and workshops that bring our expertise together with other healthcare professionals to share knowledge on how to leverage specific modalities to improve your long term mental and physical well-being.
