You are officially invited to our 4th edition of IMMERSION SERIES - where we join in the collective energy through movement, breathwork and the heat + cold.

We will start off with movement guided by Eric (Advance Form Fitness) through mobility and partner stretch.

Then, get ready to dive deeper within through 3 rounds of Somatic Breathwork with Kriss (Traditional Today).

Rounding off the experience we will enjoy a group outdoor sauna session finishing with a joint ice bath with your partner to recharge the system and let that dopamine soar - naturally.

It's not only about challenging yourselves but supporting one another.  All levels welcomed.
