The “Stronger You” HIIT program is designed for you to build confidence, understand exercise technique and develop functional strength from the ground up. Focusing on technique helping you get stronger and improve your cardiovascular health.
Your coach Eric guides you on a continuous, circuit style training that blends compound and isolated exercises with cardio interval. With a small group format you get individual feedback and connect can with other fitness enthusiasts in the community.
As a bonus, participants will enjoy a contrast therapy session (sauna and cold dip) after the last training session to experience the benefits of hot and cold exposure, strengthening the autonomic nervous system.
